Our Patient Financial Counselors typically have several years of clinical or clerical infertility experience, billing experience, and are “people friendly”. Our Patient Financial Counselors will guide you through the complexities of health insurance coverage, arrange payment plans, arrange for outside financing, and answer your general questions. They will make every effort to reduce the stress associated with financial issues as they relate to infertility care.
