During her years with ARHC/CIVF, Cheryl Tropsic, MA, Assistant Clinical Manager, Egg Donor
Coordinator, has continually excelled. Her ultrasound, phlebotomy, clinical, and managerial
skills made her top recruiting choice for Egg Donor Coordinator. Cheryl has been coordinator
of our Egg Donor Program for approximately two years, and patient feedback is exceptional.

Philosophy of Practice
Cheryl believes in excellence. Cheryl spends hours with her egg donor couples, counseling
them though the clinical, laboratory, and financial complexities of egg donation. She believes
in utilizing her brain and her heart at the same time. Many patients have commented that
without Cheryl, they would not have been able to have a baby with the Egg Donation Program.

Karyn Ivancich
With greater than 12 years of clinical and ultrasound experience, Karyn has
played a valuable role at ARHC. Karyn has performed over 10,000 ultrasound
examinations and continues to excel in her profession. Karyn fills the early
morning spot in Orland Park, always greeting patients with a smile.

her vast clinical experience with her personal compassion. Karyn has shared
in the joy of hundreds of fertility pregnancies and has shared tears of sorrow
and joy with her patients.
